Live in your Purpose!

Be True To You!

This is not always the easiest thing to do, Is it?  Is it hard for you? Do you try to please everyone you meet? Trying to please everyone you meet, may cause you to develop multiple personalities. While you are doing this, those persons are portraying their true selves.

We need to step outside of our comfort zone and face all of our fears that are preventing us from becoming who we are suppose to be. We need to discover and learn our identity and then strive in our true presence.

Who do you want to represent? The better question is, who do you want to represent you?  Be confident and believe in yourself. I know from my own experience that it is not an easy task, especially when you continuously think about other persons perception of you.  The thing is, that thought right there will hold you captive.  If you allow it to control you, you will never flourish. You will remain stagnant. Oh boy! Don't I know about that! Being stuck in one place because of fear to step forward into my own purpose.

What business ideas are you sitting on? What book have you started to write but haven't finished? Which story you haven't started as yet? Don't you think it's time for you to start your story or finish writing your book? It took me nine years to complete my first book and less than one year to complete my second. Can you imagine I am now working on my third story!  One thing that I have learned from all of this is that procrastination is a dream killer.

When I got laid off from my job, I thought that was the end. My income was no longer available and at that moment I felt fearful because I knew I had to start all over. However, God had another plan for me. He placed persons in my life who wanted to see me succeed. Persons who believed in me and my dreams. I can confidently say today, I am walking in my purpose. I am not where I want to be as yet. However, I will keep on growing and believing in myself.

I have learned that it doesn't matter who will not believe in you as long as you believe in yourself. You will lose friends along the way. However, I can assure you those friends were not meant to be in your life. Shake the disappointments off and keep on believing in you. Be you, your true self, don't imitate anyone, and walk in your purpose.
